Fuel derivatives

Upon pickup, the user is provided with a charged tank at the start. Under the contract, the user is obliged to return the same amount of fuel when returning the vehicle to the fleet, or to compensate for the amount spent.

Use of vehicles

By signing a car rental agreement, the user first confirmed that he had taken over the vehicle in the correct condition and with all accompanying equipment. You are obliged to keep the vehicle properly maintained during the use and responsible for all damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance. The vehicle must not be used in the following cases:
- for paid transport of goods and passengers;
- to engage other vehicles;
- for sports competitions;
- for the transport of animals, flammable substances, materials with a strong and unpleasant smell, and hazards which can damage the vehicle;
- if the user is under the influence of alcohol and narcotics;
- if it is transshipped, or if there are more passengers in the vehicle than is prescribed by law for a particular type of vehicle.

Accident on the road

We suggest to our users to protect the interests of HIT Group in the event of any accident by recording all the names and addresses of the participants as well as the witnesses, to secure and remove the vehicle in a safe place before leaving the place of occurrence or to call the competent authority and then inform us of the status and submit a written report of the damage incurred. In the event that the user of the method of failure in the above measures will be responsible for the consequences and damages that our company may have for this.

Protecting users' interests

Changes in terms and conditions in the contract are possible only with the written consent of both parties. By signing a car rental agreement, the user accepts all the conditions specified in the contract, and we appeal for attention to be paid to each item.
